Let’s Talk Women’s Health is a registered CIC based in Suffolk.

Created by women, for women, Let’s Talk Women’s Health brings people together with trusted voices and clinical expertise to build a better understanding of women’s health and advocate for higher standards of care.

This unique movement encourages everyone - women, their loved ones, and advocates - to join the conversation.

Following the success of this year’s sold-out Women’s Health Festival, we’re delighted to be bringing you a series of smaller community events exploring different areas of women’s health in more depth.

We’ll be kicking things off with a dedicated menopause event in Ipswich on Thursday the 8th of October.

Nobody should have to face menopause alone. Join us for an exclusive evening of honest conversation, with clinical experts and lived-experience speakers sharing real answers on perimenopause and menopause. Tickets are limited.

Where to find us in 2026

A look at our journey so far

Let's Talk Women's Health is run by Katie Winearls, a Business Relations Manager with a long background in healthcare; Jen Evans, a Menopause Advisor; Amy Peckham-Driver, an endometriosis advocate and patient speaker; and Dr Julie Kite, a GP and Menopause Specialist. Between us, we span clinical expertise, lived experience, and a shared belief that women deserve better when it comes to their health.

In March 2025, we brought that belief to life with our first event in Ipswich—creating a space where women could access reliable information, hear from specialists, and ask the questions they'd never had the opportunity to ask before. The knowledge gap around women's health is impossible to ignore, and this felt like the place to start closing it.

Inspired by the response to our first women's health festival, we returned in 2026 with a sold-out event and an expanded programme exploring topics such as menopause, endometriosis, breast cancer, pregnancy, egg freezing, neurodiversity, PCOS, and more—welcoming exceptional speakers including Dr Liz O'Riordan, bestselling author, former consultant breast surgeon, and one of the UK's most recognised patient advocates.

With momentum building, we registered as a Community Interest Company—because better understanding shouldn't sit with women alone. We want to create opportunities for the people around them — from friends and families to employers and healthcare providers — to better understand women's health, too.
